Hello everyone, welcome back as the 2022-2023 school year is underway. Please be advised the Back To School Program will be in person. The start times on Monday October 3rd are 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Hello everyone, hope you all had a wonderful Summer. As we begin the new school year on Tuesday September 6th, please be aware of the following concerning Parents Nights throughout the Union City School District in 2022-2023.

Everyone in attendance had an incredible 1st annual Young Marines celebration on Friday July 29th at the Emerson Middle School. 45 students graduated with the rank of Young Marines private. It was a privilege for all of these proud parents to cheer on their child as they showed off their abilities during the very impressive drill presentation.

Under the direction of Mrs. Medina, we just completed our successful 7th annual STEM Showcase! Please visit each classroom to see all of the wonderful work. You will see Research, Engineering, Making, Study of the Solar System, Study of Weather and Robotics/Coding.

Mayor Brian P. Stack and the Union City Board of Education invite you to participate as the following sites will be open in the Union City School District for the free distribution of summer food. Any students under the age of 18 can partake. Breakfast and Lunch will be served from June 27th-August 31st. This is an excellent opportunity to remain nourished during these summer months.

Take a trip with Hudson School's Kindergarten Classes and check out their excellent performances. Join us as we celebrate in a WORLD OF DANCE. Their passports have received their seals. Congratulations to all of our NEWEST FIRST GRADERS! They are truly talented.

It was a wonderful day to "Beesponsible. The students at the Henry Hudson STEM School were all a buzz when professional beekeeper, Lior Shliechkorn, discussed the importance of bees and our responsibility to care for them. They are the world’s most effective pollinators and are responsible for nearly one in three bites of food we eat.

The Third Grade’s Annual Living Wax Museum at Hudson STEM School was an incredible success. This was truly outstanding work by our amazing third graders. We will miss you. Best of luck to you all.
