Under the guidance of our STEM teacher Mrs. Menjivar, students investigated the origins of Memorial Day after watching a short documentary. They discussed the Learning Cue’s in pairs using breakout rooms to participate with our virtual classmates and tested their knowledge with a Kahoot game. Lastly, they integrated the Arts with a literacy craft project where they created Poppies to commemorate the lives of those who passed away fighting for our country. 🇺🇸
