For anti-bullying week, we read the story, "Stand Tall Molly Lou Melon" by Patty Lovell. After our discussion, students were asked to create a 3-cell story board showing 3 different ways they can show kindness. This story not only teaches students to treat others the way they want to be treated, but it teaches children to be themselves.
