Ms. Alvarado’s Second Grade Students created Appreciation Mailboxes. Each student designed a "mailbox," in which classmates could leave an anonymous note of appreciation, such as, "He is a good soccer player," or "She picked up something I dropped.” This project will also encourage students to respect others and in turn be acknowledged through acts of kindness and appreciation. Virtual notes were pinned on the students pages.
